Since the system has an uptime of more than 99.9%, there is a simple solution to fix most problems when trying to submit an application with a Hirebridge client.  These problems might include:

 

  • The application page appears stuck.
  • One of the fields is unresponsive and will not let you enter data (other than "how did you hear about this job" which may be determined by your browsing history).
  • You enter your email address and hit enter and nothing happens.
  • Other problems where the website is acting funny/unstable.


The vast majority of these basic problems can be solved by simply restarting your computer.  While you can use any computer, operating system and browser of your choosing, your system will become unstable and many programs will begin to act in a non-standard way over time.  Restarting your computer is a quick way to restore your system to maximum performance.
