When you click the Apply button, the name at the top of the window tells you which of the many entities you are actually applying with. If you see the red colored Red Robin logo, then you are applying for either an job at "Red Robin Restaurants" or a corporate/management position called "Red Robin".  There are also a number of independant franchisees that have jobs posted to the Red Robin website.


Use the Forgot Password link to have your password sent to you.  The title of the password email will say either:

  • Your Red Robin Candidate Profile Login Information - which means you originally applied for a corporate/management job
  • Your Red Robin Restaurants Candidate Profile Login Information - which means you originally applied for an hourly job.
  • Your Red Robin Franchisee - "Franchisee Name" Candidate Profile Login Information - which means you originally applied for a job with an independent franchisee.


All of these are independent systems, so if your email address and password does not work at the Red Robin website, that means you are applying with a different part of the organization and you must submit a new application for that particular job.  If you apply for a job with the same organization, then your email and password will work and you can use your last application as the basis for your new one.


NOTES: If the password emailed to you does not work

  • Please press the Next/Submit button. DO NOT hit the ENTER key. 
  • Please ensure that there are no blank spaces if you are copy/pasting.
